How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click Forgot your password? We'll send a reset link to your email.
How do I change my email address?
Log in to your dashboard, click the settings icon in the sidebar, and update your email under Account Settings. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify the change.
Can I use Applicans on mobile?
Yes — Applicans is fully responsive and works on any device. Just visit applicans.com in your mobile browser.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Log in to your dashboard and click your plan name in the top bar. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from there. Upgrades take effect immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your dashboard, click your plan name, and select Cancel subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you're having an issue, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.

Yes. Your profile, essays, and usage data are private and never shared with third parties or used to train AI models.
